You will liaison between leasing, maintenance, and residents, handling service requests, renewals, and move-ins/outs.

Your role includes managing renters insurance compliance, organizing community events and budgeting, and engaging residents through LOFT and social media to maintain a welcoming

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between leasing office, maintenance, and residents.
• Manage resident feedback and coordinate service requests.
• Oversee renters insurance compliance and lease renewals.
• Organize move-ins/move-outs and maintain community calendar.
• Plan community events with budgeting assistance.
• Manage clubhouse and amenities and engage residents via LOFT and social media.
• Update and maintain social media content for the community.
