Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional resident services, show apartments, and support leasing activities at the property site.

You will assist with move-ins, process applications, and coordinate maintenance requests with the Service Management team while maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic data entry, and proficiency with MS Office; experience in Section 8 or LIHTC is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in property/hospitality/sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer or return calls promptly with excellent service.
• Schedule appointments and conduct in-person visits.
• Process applications for approval and follow up with applicants.
• Show property to prospective tenants and explain features.
• Manage rental payment processes and data entry.
