Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist at a Philadelphia property to deliver excellent customer service, show and lease apartments, and support maintenance coordination. You will handle resident interactions, applications, and data entry to keep operations smooth.

You will pre-qualify prospects, schedule visits, process payments, and assist with recertifications while contributing to a well-maintained community and compliant site operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience operating office equipment and basic office systems.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments and greet prospective tenants.
• Process applications and pre-qualify prospects per housing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with service teams and track completion.
• Manage rental payments and renewals, enter data into tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and general clerical duties.
