The role blends in-person and phone sales to local customers, with community engagement and external marketing to fuel pipeline development.

You will build relationships with local dealers and partners while staying up-to-date on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business and cross-sell; retention focus.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, partners) to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
