Job summary

ACT 2 Services, Inc. is seeking an hands-on Human Resources Manager to support a safety-conscious, service-oriented workforce across locations.

This in-person role is based in South San Francisco, CA, offering a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. You will partner with leadership to execute HR priorities, advise on workplace concerns, and conduct investigations with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience, with two years in management
• Strong knowledge of California employment practices and multi-state HR exposure
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, retention, engagement, and development
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding processes
• Administer performance management, coaching, and development programs
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance and wage/pay transparency
• Maintain confidential HR records and reports
