Hoxton Circle is expanding its HR leadership in Northern California with a hands-on HR Manager who will oversee the day-to-day function for field-based operations in Vallejo and surrounding North Bay areas. You will own the full employee lifecycle, partnering with operational leaders to scale processes as the business grows.

Ideal candidates have broad HR generalist experience, strong employee relations skills, and a solid understanding of California employment practices.

An established and growing industrial services company is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function for its Northern California operations.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with operational leadership while managing the core HR infrastructure that supports a largely field-based workforce.

What we're looking for:

• Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within industrial services, manufacturing, construction, distribution, field services or a similar operating environment
• Comfortable being hands-on and owning the operational detail
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence working directly with managers and employees
• Good understanding of California employment practices
• Able to operate independently while partnering effectively with senior leadership
• Practical, responsive and comfortable in a fast-moving operating business
• Willing to work on-site in the North Bay area

Compensation: Up to $150,000 base, depending on experience.
