This is your opportunity to take ownership of Human Resources and build the kind of HR function you know a growing company needs.
As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will join a successful, privately held organization during an important period of growth and transition. You will bring HR responsibilities together under one dedicated leader, creating greater consistency while keeping the approachable, people focused culture that makes this organization special.
This is not a big corporate HR role where you own one small piece of the puzzle. You will work hands on in a small HR department where you are both the trusted HR leader and the person who gets stuff done. One day you might coach a manager through a difficult employee issue, the next you are working through a leave question, reviewing benefits or figuring out how to make an HR process work better. If you like variety, enjoy solving people problems and want the opportunity to make HR better as a company grows, this could be your perfect fit.
