Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR reporting.
• Support recruiting, candidate selection, and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Coach managers and foster a positive workplace culture.
