Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with managing programs and processes in ADP Workforce Now.
