Job summary

The ES3 HR Generalist will work in downtown San Diego, CA, supporting HR compliance, benefits administration and staff engagement for internal and external customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organization Management, HR Management, Economics, Pre-Law or related major preferred.
• 3–5+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience with compliance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in ADP Workforcenow and QuickBooks PRO.
• TeamKeeper preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist department in administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, worker’s compensation, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, morale, safety and training.
• Support benefits and wellness program administration with staff and external vendors.
• Track and monitor required training and compliance schedules per federal/state agencies.
• Maintain and report HR metrics and survey data analysis on HR platforms through staff engagement activities.
• Assist with recruitment workflow for postings, applicant review, interviews, hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacancies.
• Coordinate background checks and eligibility verifications, offer letters, onboarding activities.
• Respond to employment inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes and new technologies via journals, newsletters, or training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
