Securitas USA is seeking an HR Generalist in Omaha, NE for a 100% in-office role. The position reports to the HR team and supports recruitment, onboarding, training, licensing compliance, investigations, benefits, and leave management.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a structured work environment with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm hours. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year HR experience seeking a stable, hands-on position in our Omaha office.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support training, licensing compliance, and employee investigations.
• Handle benefits, employment verifications, and leave management.
• Assist with union-related matters and other HR tasks.
