Securitas USA is seeking an HR Generalist in Omaha, NE for a 100% in-office role. The position reports to the HR team and supports recruitment, onboarding, training, licensing compliance, investigations, benefits, and leave management.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a structured work environment with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm hours. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year HR experience seeking a stable, hands-on position in our Omaha office.

Qualifikationen

Days & Hours:Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay:$22.00/hour

We have aGREAT OPPORTUNITYfor anHR Generalistto help support our Omaha, Nebraska branch office. This position is responsible for assisting the HR team with various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, state licensing compliance, employee investigations, benefits, unions, employment verifications, leave of absences, recruitment support and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Must have willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
