Securitas Security Services in Seattle, WA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an in-office, full-time role. You will provide day-to-day HR administration and partner with managers on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes.

This position requires at least 1 year of HR experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. You will use Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and Oracle to support reporting and records management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of human resources experience is required.
• HR investigations experience is required.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is needed.
• All candidates must be willing to complete Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee questions related to workplace policies, benefits, and day‑to‑day concerns.
• Maintain and update employee records to support compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports and track HR processes using multiple software platforms.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
