Job summary

OneStaffMedical is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for an onsite role in Omaha, NE. You will serve as the primary HR contact, handling employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and HR reporting to support a robust people program.

You will partner with managers on performance and employee relations, maintain confidential HR records, and assist with audits and data management. Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefits management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Experience with employee investigations and HR analytics.
• HR certifications preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to HR contact for employee questions and support.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Help administer HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Support a positive candidate and new hire experience.
• Contribute to performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data management.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and related communications.
