Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Omaha, NE, 100% in office, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, training, licensing compliance, investigations, benefits, and other HR tasks for the Omaha branch.

Qualifications include at least 1 year HR experience, HS diploma or GED, and strong English communication. Comprehensive benefits are offered, plus paid time off and other employee programs.

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and basic HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and training tasks.
• Handle state licensing compliance and employee investigations as needed.
• Manage benefits administration and unemployment/leave processes.
• Support union relations, employment verifications, and pre-employment screenings.
• Provide recruitment support and other HR tasks as they arise.
