Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Previous HR or Recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees.
• Prepare paperwork for personnel files and maintain records.
• Coordinate application process and applicant logs with administrative staff.
• Process reports and track hiring statistics to advise management of adverse impact.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration; reconcile related records.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and generate reports as needed.
• Update and maintain personnel data for payroll and audits.
