Live On Nebraska is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations in Omaha, NE. You will work with the HR team to ensure an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to engagement, applying HR knowledge with strong attention to detail and service orientation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on accurate benefits administration, timely leave processing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Three years of progressive HR experience required.
• Experience coordinating employee benefits and managing employee leave.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including communications and documentation.
• Facilitate and educate employees about benefits and answer questions.
• Process and administer leave-of-absence requests.
• Maintain HR records and conduct audits to support compliance.
• Support employee engagement activities and communications.
• Provide guidance on routine employee relations issues and escalate when needed.
