OneStaff Medical seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support key HR initiatives and manage day-to-day HR operations. You will be the go-to HR contact, administer benefits, coordinate onboarding, and coach managers on employee relations in a busy multi-site environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR analytics. This on-site position offers growth and a dynamic team culture in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefit management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Experience with employee investigations and HR analytics.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to HR contact for employee questions and support.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Help administer HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Create a positive candidate and new hire experience.
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data management.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and related communications.
