High School Diploma or GED.
Data entry experience with keystrokes of at least 10,000 per hour.
Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsibilities

Process high volumes of financial documents in a structured production environment.
Manage high-volume processing of USPS trays daily, sorting, opening, batching, and scanning about 500 invoices per day.
Process approximately 100 checks per day with accuracy and efficiency.
Process PDF and return correspondence scans to clients.
Perform data entry and reviews to ensure information is recorded and organized correctly.
