You will organize, scan, store, and securely dispose of checks, handling a high daily volume and reporting processing status to ensure deadlines are met. This position requires on-site presence five days a week and strict confidentiality with financial information.

Qualifications

• Experience in check processing, cashiering, banking operations, or a data-entry role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage a high daily volume in a timely manner.
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets for volume reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
• Reliable attendance, on-site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare incoming checks for processing.
• Scan checks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and store checks securely until they are processed.
• Securely dispose of checks according to company policy.
• Process high volume of checks per day.
• Track and report on daily check volumes and processing status.
• Flag discrepancies or issues to the Cashiering and Banking team.
• Support client satisfaction by meeting processing deadlines.
