You will analyze policies, conduct investigations, negotiate settlements, and prepare reports to support profitability. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in garage bodily injury claims, a Bachelor’s degree, and licenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years of garage bodily injury claims experience preferred.
• Licensed Claims Examiner (as applicable) or ability to obtain license within 120 days.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Independent work style with sound judgment and time-management skills.
• Ability to articulate financial value and negotiate settlements.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity.
• Conduct detailed information gathering and investigations; identify loss drivers and trends.
• Report to management and underwriters on claims trends and developments.
• Negotiate cost-effective settlements and manage litigation where applicable.
• Set claim reserves and coordinate resources for case resolution.
• Prepare reports for file documentation.
