Argo Group seeks a skilled Garage Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team in an in-office role. You will adjudicate complex commercial claims and collaborate with underwriters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Position requires on-site work across multiple offices and a strong focus on data-driven claim management, negotiation, and timely resolution. Bachelor’s degree and state licensing or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience adjudicating first and third party commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• Bachelor’s degree; two or more insurance designations or four years of related experience may substitute.
• Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain license in each jurisdiction within 120 days.
• Strong communication, customer focus and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity under limits.
• Investigate and gather information to resolve issues.
• Report trends to management and underwriters.
• Identify loss drivers and manage claims to improve outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve cost-effective results.
