Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for Garage to adjudicate complex BI claims from multiple offices, including New York City. This 100% in-office role reports to a Denver-based manager and involves working on-site five days a week to strengthen culture and profitability.

Requirements include a minimum of two years' BI claims experience, a bachelor's degree, and active licensing or timely license attainment. Guidewire experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years adjudicating commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• Bachelor's degree required; two or more designations or four extra years may substitute.
• Licensed Claims Examiner in required jurisdictions within 120 days.
• Excellent communication, independence, and judgment.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer focus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; English reading/writing fluency.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity with direct impact on results.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis, and investigation to resolve issues.
• Report claim trends to senior management and underwriters.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce frequency and severity.
• Analyze forms, policies, and endorsements to determine coverage.
• Conduct timely investigations and manage claims in litigation.
