Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a highly capable Garage Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to work on-site at designated offices, including Chicago, IL. The role focuses on adjudicating complex commercial claims and delivering superb outcomes for clients, reporting to a Denver-based manager, with collaboration across offices.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant adjudication experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and licenses or ability to obtain licenses for required jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two+ years adjudicating first/third-party Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• LICensed Claims Examiner, or ability to obtain license in required jurisdictions within 120 days.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how insurance companies operate and profit from claims.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity under direction.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis, and investigation to resolve issues.
• Report trends and developments to senior management and underwriters.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce claims frequency and severity.
• Analyze forms, endorsements, and client instructions to confirm policy coverage.
