Argo Group is seeking a Garage Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Richmond, VA or other designated Argo offices, focusing on adjudicating complex Garage Bodily Injury claims for commercial clients.

You will work under supervision to gather information, analyze coverage, and drive favorable settlements while maintaining stringent file documentation and metrics. A strong customer focus and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience adjudicating first and third party commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• Bachelor’s degree required; designations or additional experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity with significant impact on results.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis, and investigation to resolve issues.
• Report trends to senior management and underwriters; identify loss drivers.
• Determine coverage by reviewing policies, endorsements, and client instructions.
• Negotiate effective settlements within own authority to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain claim reserves and coordinate expert resources as needed.
• Ensure timely case progression and accurate file documentation.
