Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a highly capable Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, Garage, to join our team and work from either Omaha, NE, Richmond, VA, or Albany, NY, Chicago, IL, or New York City, NY offices. The role is in-office, five days a week, with focus on adjudicating commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims to deliver superb results for our clients.

The position reports to a manager in Denver and may require providing data on claim trends and settlement outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience adjudicating first- and third-party commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• Licensed Claims Examiner (Based on state) with ability to obtain license within 120 days.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity with impact on results.
• Conduct detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to resolve issues.
• Report trends and developments to senior management and underwriters.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce frequency and severity through data analysis.
• Analyze policy forms and endorsements to determine coverage.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly, including interviews.
