Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations may substitute.
• Licensed Claims Examiner in required jurisdictions within 120 days.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and independence.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Experience with Guidewire strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis and investigation.
• Identify loss drivers and trends to reduce frequency and severity.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and coordinate resources.
• Negotiate to provide cost-effective solutions within company limits.
