Job summary

Argo Group in the United States is seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, Garage, to manage Garage BI claims across multiple in-office locations. This 100% on-site role reports to a Denver-based manager and involves working in a collaborative claims team.

The role requires license readiness or possession, two years of garage BI claims experience, and strong negotiation and client-service skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two or more insurance designations or four additional years may substitute for degree.
• Minimum two years’ experience adjudicating garage bodily injury claims.
• Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain license in each required jurisdiction within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity.
• Conduct detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation.
• Report claims trends to management and underwriters.
• Identify loss drivers to reduce frequency and severity.
• Analyze forms, endorsements, and client instructions against policy coverage.
• Coordinate resources and assign expertise for case resolution.
• Prepare file documentation and negotiate cost-effective outcomes.
