Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience adjudicating first- and third-party commercial Garage Bodily Injury claims.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; insurance designations or additional experience may substitute.
• Licensed Claims Examiner (or ability to obtain license within 120 days).

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Garage Bodily Injury claims of higher technical complexity with impact on results.
• Investigate claims promptly, gathering information to determine coverage and liability.
• Report trends to senior management and underwriters on claim developments.
• Identify loss drivers and manage reserves for timely resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insured and claimants.
