You will work with leadership on sales strategies, stay current on products and underwriting guidelines, and ensure customer experience and compliance standards are met while meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
