Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to grow profitability by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. The role covers local in-person and phone-based sales, emphasizing community involvement, partnerships, and outbound prospecting.

You will work with leadership to support sales and local marketing, stay current on products and underwriting, and meet performance and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
