Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and maintaining a strong book of business. You will build a robust pipeline through local leads and community relationships and collaborate with leadership on local sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to grow business
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements and customer experience expectations
