Responsibilities

• Talk to consumers by phone, approve written correspondence, and resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in computer files for each call.
• Skip trace to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to find funds to meet payment obligations.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
• Comply with all Transworld Systems Inc. policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
