Responsibilities

• Speak with consumers by phone and draft/handle written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, accurate account updates in the system for each contact.
• Use skip tracing techniques to locate consumer contact information when needed.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to help secure funds and meet payment obligations.
• Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies; uphold department procedures.
• Share feedback with management on potential issues and process improvements.
