Job summary

You will earn a base salary plus a monthly commission while helping clients with account receivables and customer relations. Qualifications

• Experience with collections, customer service, sales, retail, or motivation to learn a new skill.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
• Strong communication abilities and comfortable speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone, approve written correspondence, and attempt to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates in computer records for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to help find funds to meet payment obligations.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws related to job duties.
• Follow company policies and procedures and stay up-to-date on them.
• Maintain knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management about potential problems or areas for improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
