Responsibilities

• Handle inbound (90%) and outbound (10%) calls while educating customers on account options.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, third parties, attorneys, and others to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer communications and payment agreements.
• Ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
• Communicate progress of accounts within the collections pipeline.
• Demonstrate listening skills and professionalism to address customers' needs.
