Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative. This role is based at our Mason office with a two‑week training and nesting period, followed by a production schedule of 8A-5P four days a week and 10A-7P one day a week.

You will call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts, while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. We offer paid training, a team environment, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• FDCPA knowledge preferred.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information over the phone.

Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation: $16-$22/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique…you'll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
