H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Illinois to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage scheduling, handle check-ins, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends during tax season and prior experience in client-facing

Qualificações

Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interactions.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
