Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients and manage scheduling in-person. You will be the face of the office, coordinating appointments and guiding clients to the appropriate tax professional.

You will support daily office operations, handle documents, and maintain a professional, organized environment. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications
