Cornerstone Caregiving in Manheim Township, PA, seeks an Assistant Operating Director (AOD), the Operating Director’s second-in-command. This role leads in-office operations, scheduling oversight, staff support and development, client care quality, and communication with Home Base.

Formación

• 2+ years of management or leadership operations experience.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience in healthcare or home care optional.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight.
• Support and develop office staff; reinforce standards and culture.
• Oversee payroll notes, shift verification, and operations updates.
• Manage client care quality, handle escalations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct 1:1 check-ins and performance reviews.
