Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD), a key leadership role and the second-in-command to the Operating Director. This position leads in-office operations, scheduling oversight, staff support and development, client care quality, and communication with Home Base.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of management or operations experience.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within healthcare or home care.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead in-office operations, scheduling oversight, and staff support.
• Oversee client care quality and communications with Home Base.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure state-required supervisory visits are completed.
• Serve as backup for client assessments.
