Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the face of the office, delivering world-class service to agents and clients. You will support tool adoption, marketing requests, and general office operations to ensure the Compass office runs smoothly.

You will collaborate with the agent experience team, provide 1:1 training on Compass tools, and help maintain a welcoming, organized workspace. A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong listening, empathy and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage mail, events, and office needs, ensuring the space is organized.
• Provide 1:1 support to customers for Compass tools and programs.
• Assist with basic marketing collateral and liaison to marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with teams to surface questions and feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot questions related to technology, devices, and conference systems.
• Provide ad-hoc admin tasks such as meeting prep and data entry.
• Help maintain a positive, change-ready office culture.
