Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced In-House Locksmith to oversee maintenance, repair, installation, and security of locking systems across a large commercial property portfolio. You will work with an existing locksmith and support the organization’s physical security program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial locksmith experience.
• Strong experience with mechanical and electronic locking systems.
• Familiarity with master key systems and high security cylinders.
• Knowledge of life safety requirements and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial locking systems and door hardware.
• Service lock hardware including door closers, panic hardware, electric strikes, and exit devices.
• Manage master key systems and restricted keyways.
• Respond to lockouts and security incidents; support security drills and preparedness.
