FlyLock Security Solutions - Columbia is seeking a Lead Locksmith Technician to drive hands-on locksmithing, access control, and hardware maintenance for commercial and residential clients. You will lead fieldwork, work with a team, and learn new technical methods in a fast paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of locksmithing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely, including keying, master key systems, and door hardware repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on locksmithing and access control experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with ladders and physical tasks; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Install and maintain access control hardware.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Re-keying and pinning of locks in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret instructions and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot with varied variables.
• Maintain and service equipment used.
