FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a Locksmith Technician to install, repair and maintain residential and commercial hardware, with strong access control experience. The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and delivering high-quality service in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in locksmithing/Access Control, are able to work on ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with clients. Franchise role with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on locksmithing experience including access control and door hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work safely on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Safe and Card Access experience is a Huge Plus.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware.
• Modify hardware for locks.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Residential & Commercial lock re-keying / pinning of locks.
• Interpret instructions from diagrams or schedules.
• Troubleshoot with varied conditions.
• Service and calibrate equipment.
• Read operating and maintenance manuals and procedures.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information to customers & commercial clients.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Cut keys by code.
• Receive verbal instructions from management or clients.
• Complete projects as directed by management.
• Submit paperwork accurately and on time.
