Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on locks, doors, and related hardware.
• Install and service pneumatic and electronic locking systems and access controls.
• Establish secure key and access control systems.
• Complete work orders and document work in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain records per OSHA and contract standards.
