Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to serve as a legal advisor to university stakeholders. The role focuses on contracts, Title IX, ADA, privacy, IT security, and regulatory compliance for in-person and online programs.

The position is fully remote with very limited travel and offers opportunities to shape university policies while working closely with the legal and compliance teams.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school.
• Must be admitted in good standing in at least one state bar.
• Minimum two years of legal practice.
• Interest in higher education and in-house practice.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving regulations in university settings.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements, strategic partnerships and data privacy/security matters.
• Reviews outgoing student communications for regulatory compliance.
• Provides legal advice on ethical operations and compliance.
• Assists with international compliance for international students.
• Supports IP matters as requested and handles privacy/regulatory topics.
• Performs legal research and develops educational resources on legal issues.
• Collaborates with university stakeholders and applies policy to operations.
