Job summary

Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to serve as a legal advisor to campus stakeholders. This fully remote role focuses on contracts, privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance for in-person and online programs.

The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, and provide guidance on Title IX, ADA, IP, and IT security, with limited travel. The position emphasizes collaboration with University Counsel and the legal/compliance teams, requiring strong

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school.
• Admitted and in good standing in at least one state bar; Connecticut house counsel status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements, strategic partnerships, data privacy and security, IP, and international matters.
• Reviews outgoing group student communications for regulatory compliance.
• Provides legal advice on ethical operations and compliance.
