Job summary

Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to serve as a legal advisor to the university community. This in-house, fully remote role focuses on contracts, Title IX and ADA compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property, with occasional travel under 5%.

You will draft, review, revise, and negotiate agreements, provide practical legal guidance to faculty and staff, and help ensure regulatory compliance across online and in-person programs.

Qualifications

• JD required with admission to law school bar in good standing.
• Strong legal analysis and writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements including vendor and technology contracts and data privacy/security documents.
• Provide legal advice on ethical operations and compliance.
• Assist with international compliance for a growing international student population.
• Support with matters related to privacy, FERPA, GDPR, NIH, and other regulatory issues as needed.
• Conduct legal research and develop educational materials on regulatory issues for university leadership.

Education

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited US law school

Bar admission in at least one state
