Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Clinicians in Massachusetts to provide in-home therapy for youth with behavioral needs. The In-Home Therapist will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in the client’s home to treat behavioral issues, partnering with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• Experience working with multicultural families.
• Experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder in children.
• ABA training is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available.
• Access to laptop/internet/phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home.
• Address youth behavioral needs with consistent clinical approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
